Why should I rent from you instead of from the big-name vacation rental websites?

You’ll get a fantastic rental without excessive fees. We’ve been renting vacation properties in Door County for years, but as those websites kept raising their fees, we knew there had to be a better alternative for our guests. We have years of experience and hundreds of five-star reviews for our properties, and we are proud
to offer them to you directly through our own booking website.

Do you accept credit cards?

You bet! For your convenience and security, we accept all major credit cards. Prefer to write a check? That’s fine too.

Do you provide linens?

Yes! We provide high-quality linens and pillows for a great night’s sleep, and plenty of fluffy white towels. And of course, your bed will be all made up and waiting for you upon your arrival. (We’ve heard that some rentals just leave a stack of sheets and blankets on each bed, or worse yet, make you bring your own, which doesn’t sound like a great start to a
vacation.)

Do you provide any basic supplies?

We not only provide all the basics, we go beyond. Vacation is so much more relaxing when you don’t have to over pack. You’ll find starter coffee, creamer, sweeteners, and bottled water upon arrival. Your kitchen will have all the pots, pans, and equipment you need for basic meal prep. Your bathroom or bathrooms will be ready with ample toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and other necessities, and your closets will have hangers. If your rental has a washer and dryer, you’ll find laundry soap, stain remover and dryer sheets for your use. These aren’t standard amenities in some Door County rentals, but we believe they’re all
necessities!

If you’d like us to stock you up on even more goodies, ask about our custom grocery package. We’ll shop for you and have your selections, from your preferred breakfast foods to your favorite craft beer, waiting for you when you check in. So handy!

Where do I pick up my keys?

You’ll check in using a secure keypad deadbolt, so no matter what time you arrive, you’ll have quick and easy access to your rental. We’ll email you the code (specific to you) before you arrive…and think of this bonus: you won’t have to carry around a key!

May I have an early check-in?

Maybe! Contact us the day before arrival and we’ll do our best, but no guarantees. You can also purchase an early check-in when you make your reservation, and we’ll make it happen.

What's the WiFi password?

We’ll send you the password in an email before you arrive, and you’ll also find it in your house manual. Your manual has all kind of useful information about your rental, including information on heating and cooling sytems, how to work the TV, and much more.

Do you have recording devices on your properties?

To verify the safety of our guests and our properties, we use recording devices on the front entrances of our properties, and ONLY on the front entrances. Rest assured that we do not use any recording devices inside our properties, ever.

Is it okay if I text with questions before or during my stay?

Absolutely! We pride ourselves on responding to our guests and ensuring they feel comfortable and welcome. (We also love getting “THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!” texts, if you’re so inclined.)
