The Flats on Church Street - #201 is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home located within a duplex. This unit, one of two identical units on the property, has been thoughtfully designed by renowned architects Johnsen Schmaling Architects of Milwaukee.


Measuring 1500 sq ft, the Flat features a kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the amenities needed to prepare meals. The open concept living area includes table seating for 8, and large sliding glass doors that open to a private patio. The patio has comfortable seating around a gas firepit and a gas grill.

This home can sleep up to 6 guests in its bedrooms and up to 8 guests in total with the addition of a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Fast WiFi is available to keep you connected during your stay, or to allow you to enjoy your favorite streaming services.

Flat #201 is one of two identical units on the SAME PROEPRTY, each with a private entrance.


Egg Harbor is centrally located. The rest of the Door Peninsula is just a short drive away. The Flats on within walking distance is all of Egg Harbor and the many great shops, restaurants and bars it has to offer.


A car is essential for getting around the many towns of the Door Peninsula. Our central location allows you to walk or bike to downtown Egg Harbor within minutes. The rest of the Peninsula is a short drive away.


We've worked hard to create a hassle-free experience. We'll stay out of your way and allow you to enjoy your time in Door County, while offering personal touches where it makes sense. You'll check in using a keypad deadbolt, with a code unique to you. Upon booking, you'll receive our guidebook which has all of the relevant details about your rental, as well as suggestions and recommendations to help get the most out of your time in Door County.


As the developers, hosts and managers of this home through our company, DoCo Vacations, we take a unique approach to hosting. Our goal is to maintain professional standards while still providing a personal touch. We pride ourselves on delivering a clean and fully furnished rental property and making sure our guests have all the necessary supplies.
