We are always available via text or phone call to our guests. We manage 6 other properties in Door County, so we are experienced in hosting and have procedures in place for anything that might come up. We also have a co-host, Jennifer, who is available when we are not. Because we are renting this house when we are traveling, we will generally not be around to interact with our guests in person.

As we mention at other points in the listing, the house is private. However, there is a guest suite above the garage that we rent separately. It has a private entrance, and the guest suite guests do not have access to the backyard. There are no shared spaces or shared walls.
